I was excited when I started reading this "book" (and I use that word loosely). It helped me with my list of questions to ask myself and answer before I go further in my food venture. The answers to the questions posed in the book were good but were not indepth at all. I thought what I was reading was sort of an introduction to what would be in the meat of the book...and then I got to the end where it said and now you're done! I was completely shocked! This is not something I would've paid $8.97 for. I would've preferred to pay more for a full book than to pay $9 for approximately 20 pages (probably less).There was good information but the time wasn't taken to give more detailed information for starting a restaurant.
